The announcement was made on the bands social media and this understandably piqued their fans interest with them being excited to hear something more in the vein of ‘How far?’ and ‘Garage Palace’ which features fellow grime artists Little Simz.
Octavian has become more popular in recent years after receiving a co-sign from Canadian superstar Drake which is like someone handing you a number one song. Since then he has found considerable success collaborating with Skepta, A$AP Ferg and Michael Phantom. He also won BBC Sounds of 2019 making him one to look out for.

Gorillaz obviously need no introduction, as they have seen themselves become one of the most recognisable bands in the world to date due to their string of top class albums and singles. So using their platform to put smaller artists on a lot of peoples musical map is a good way for them to help artists out who have been in their situation.
All eyes are on Gorillaz now as they are sharing their latest track tomorrow at 5pm on their YouTube channel as they look to bounce back from their underwhelming run of albums being ‘Humanz’ and ‘The Now Now’. So far, so good.
