Emerging British R&B girl group FLO has announced the postponement of their anticipated UK and European tour dates. The decision comes after member Renée Downer sustained a knee injury during rehearsals, leading to damaged ligaments. The group, comprising Renée Downer, Stella Quaresma, and Jorja Douglas, expressed deep regret over the unforeseen circumstances. Originally, the ‘Access All Areas’ tour was set to commence on March 11, 2025, in Glasgow, followed by performances in Manchester, Birmingham, and London.

In a heartfelt message shared on their official Instagram account, FLO expressed their disappointment: “It breaks our hearts to share this news, but due to Renée’s injury, we have to postpone our upcoming UK and European tour dates. We promise to reschedule as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding”. The group has assured fans that all purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates, which will be announced in due course. Despite this setback, Renée is expected to recover in time for their North American tour, scheduled for April and May, which will proceed as planned.
FLO emerged onto the music scene with their debut single ‘Cardboard Box‘ (2022), a catchy sendoff to a cheating partner that quickly gained popularity. Their debut album, ‘Access All Areas‘, released in November 2024, showcases their commitment to reviving classic R&B sounds with modern flair. The group’s rapid ascent in the music industry has been marked by notable achievements, including winning the BRITs Rising Star Award in 2023, the first group to do so. They have also garnered support from high-profile celebrities, including Elton John and Ariana Grande, and have performed at major music festivals.
Fans have shown support during this challenging time, flooding social media with well-wishes for Renée’s speedy recovery. The group remains optimistic and looks forward to returning to the stage to connect with their audience soon.
