The UK’s biggest dance festival just got even bigger today as Scottish Dance supremo Calvin Harris was confirmed as the Saturday night headliner. He joins an already incredible line up including Swedish House Mafia, Deadmau5 and The Chemical Brothers heading to Cheshire this August bank holiday weekend.

The Festival also confirmed a new selection of artists to be playing including Fatboy Slim, Danny Howard and Camelphat. These have been added to the event’s already incredible Spotify playlist to enjoy before the festival begins. The Cheshire Weekend’s Lineup has such an incredible array of depth and talent this year it’s hard to spot who are the biggest artists.
Creamfields also revealed it’s day splits. Playing on the Friday will be Fatboy Slim, Deadmau5, Marvin Garrix, Andy C, Shy FX, Dimension, Culture Shock, Jauz, Dusky and Jamie Jones to name just a few.
Saturday’s lineup is topped with Calvin Harris on the ABC Stage, The Chemical Brothers on the Radio 1 Stage and Carl Cox at the Steel Yard. Playing before them are an incredible set of acts including Annie Mac, Duke Dumont, MK, Pet Tong, Bicep, The Black Madonna, Laidback Luke, Benny Benassi, Chase and Status and High Contrast.
The newly reformed Swedish House Mafia will close the festival on the Sunday playing their only UK festival slot of 2019. Elsewhere across the day are X-Press 2, Joey Riot, Kutski, Darren Styles, MK, Gorgon City, Hannah Wants, Sam Divine, Paul Van Dyk, Cosmic Gate, Camelphat, Fisher, Dimitri Vegas, Faithless and Tiesto.

A Spokesperson for Creamfields said “A regular at the festival since he made his debut appearance more than a decade ago, Calvin is undoubtedly the biggest producer in the world right now and is sure to bring a solid taste of his hit-making prowess to the fields of Cheshire. Transcending the world of dance music, the Grammy award winner’s illustrious career has seen a multitude of number one hits and collaborations over the past few years most recently with his latest smash, Giant, featuring Rag n’ Bone man.”
Today’s news tops of a great week for Calvin Harris after winning 2 Brit awards on Wednesday Night, for British Producer of the Year and British Track of the Year for ‘One Kiss’ with Dua Lipa.
