British singer Sam Fender has announced a stadium tour of the United Kingdom to take place in summer 2025, which includes the artist’s bigger headline show to date. Fender took to social media to reveal the tour’s dates and state that he’s excited to be back on tour.

In summer 2025, Fender will be playing:
The London Stadium, London – June 6
St. James’s Park, Newcastle – June 12
St. James’s Park, Newcastle – June 14
The tour, titled “People Watching Stadium Tour” will take Fender to London and Newcastle. Fender will be playing the London Stadium, which has a capacity of roughly 80,000 people, making it his biggest show to date. Furthermore, supporting acts have been announced: Irish singer CMAT is set to support Fender on all dates, while American Rock band The War on Drugs will only be playing two dates.
Fender has previously headlined St. James’s Park for two consecutive nights which were, in unison, attended by over 100,000 people; up to that point, his biggest headline show had been for 45,000 people in Finsbury Park in 2022, after which Fender released an album recorded live during the concert. The artist has also released an album recorded live during the career-marking concert. Fender has also played the pyramid stage at Glastonbury and has opened for the Rolling Stones at Hyde Park’s British Summer Time.
Fender is currently playing around the UK and Europe. His tour will resume on December 2, when he is set to play the 3Arena in Dublin. The upcoming dates will then take him to Leeds, Manchester and eventually London at the O2 Arena.
The British singer first started out in the music industry in early 2010s but had to take some time off due to personal reasons and a life-threatening illness. Eventually, Fender released his debut EP in 2018 and titled it “Dead Boys”. He then released his debut album in 2019, “Hypersonic Missiles” which peaked at number one on UK charts. In 2021, Fender’s second album “Seventeen Going Under” was released and peaked at number one on UK charts.
Fender’s song “Seventeen Going Under” peaked at number 3 in the UK. His collaboration with American singer Noah Kahan, titled “Homesick” peaked at number 5 in the UK. Overall, Fender has 10 songs which made it to the UK’s top 75.
After releasing his latest single, “People Watching”, Fender has announced a new album by the same title set to be released in 2025.
